Let us first begin by introducing ourselves to you. We are Royal and Patrice, Patrice and Royal, Royal/Patrice, Patrice/Royal, never Pat & Roy, Patrice & Royal, Trice is okay too, but Royal would rather Royal or E Royal. We are family owned and operated.
We are all artists by nature. Our artistry comes in many forms. Some of us draw. Patrice doesn't draw. Some of us write. Royal and Patrice write. Some of us paint, and some of us are actors to name a few of our interests and avenues of art. You will eventually see projects from all of us on this site. We should probably also show a more updated picture of us for our first blog post, but where's the fun in that? lol... Our latest venture ( Royal & Patrice) brought us back to the pen and paper.... well, technically back to the keyboard.
We have been working diligently to get everything in order for our BOOK LAUNCH. We recently completed their first co-authored project- a children's inspirational book called, Color Me Capable.
We are beyond excited, but with the excitement comes a little anxiety. We hope that this book is well received. While this is a children's book, our goal is that people of all ages will be inspired. This book is a like a letter to our black and brown children who have felt at some point and time like they weren't enough. People tell us that we can't do certain things- that our future is limited to the boundaries set by society. Our goal is to change that narrative. Today is our official website launch.
